It sold me immediately! I purchased one within a week. I first used vinegar (sp?)and water over the high traffic areas as they had had lots of spot cleaning. This also removed the residue from all those earlier cleanings which were done professionally. I have carpets cleaned professionally once a year. More costly then buying the Hoover. I could not believe how bright the carpets looked and nap standing up again. I was able to move furniture back into position as the excess water was suctioned up. I highly recommend.
